BioI am a 40-year old professional baker who came to the profession 4 years ago after careers in law, education, graphic design, and generic administrative work. I love that I make something that people love (desserts), and that at the end of a work day, I have a tangible work product that I can point to.
I am married to my first husband (14 years and counting). We have no kids, but three cats, a house, a scooter, a '68 Mercury Cougar, and a 2008 MINI Cooper. We like to travel when and where we can. I ski and scuba dive, but haven't done either in years, mostly due to schedule conflicts.
